Marks and Spencer wanted to re-enter the International market by launching their digital presence Internationally in 10 countries.

Serving as the strategic digital partner, we conducted market research, helped refine the international business model and introduced the brand digitally in each country starting with France.

After initial art direction and once we had a product prototype, we conducted one to one usability testing with professionally recruited users. Users liked that it was very straight forward, easy to use, big buttons to navigate, good product images. Following initial impressions being very positive, we corrected some of the more critical errors in our final designs.

Following the design phase, we documented our design principles in an online guidelines document.
